Mario Melchiot is desperate for Chelsea to keep Eden Hazard away from Real Madrid.
“I love him man,” Melchiot told talkSPORT.
“Just as a kid, just as a person I like him as well.
“I spoke to him personally and I liked him from the moment we met.
“But just as a player, he changes games, he has everything as to why you buy a ticket to go and watch the team.
“That’s why I think if he leaves Chelsea he would be one of the biggest losses and they will regret it.
“So that’s why I think they shouldn’t make it that easy for him to go.”
Jurgen Klopp eyes Premier League duo
Liverpool have their sights set on two Premier League defenders, according to reports.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is looking for a new centre-back to partner Virgil van Dijk in the heart of Liverpool’s defence.

Jurgen Klopp insist he’s got “no idea” whether the recent reports about midfielder Emre Can are true.
Can is out of contract at the end of next month and has been linked with a move to Juventus.

Ronaldo wants Dybala signing
Cristiano Ronaldo has told Real Madrid president Florentino Perez to sign Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, according to reports in Spain.
Don Balon, who often publish outlandish transfer stories, are claiming that Ronaldo has given Dybala his seal of approval.
It’s said that Ronaldo has chosen Dybala, 24, because he believes the signing will provoke Lionel Messi and make the Barcelona superstar extremely nervous to see the ‘Argentine figure of the future’ competing in La Liga.
Real Madrid think they could land the Juve attacker for £87million – a fee the Bernabeu hierarchy believes would represent a bargain.

Lyon boss Bruno Genesio appears to have resigned himself to losing Fekir and paid tribute to the France international.

“I think we need some players with some experience to bring some more qualities to our team,” Matic explained.

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has revealed that he would be open to joining Paris St-Germain at some point in his career.
The Red Devils invested a then world record £89million when they re-signed the France midfielder in 2016.

But despite announcing his interest in joining the Ligue 1 champions in the future, Pogba insists he will remain at Manchester United this summer.
Shortly after being pictured taking part in a photoshoot at the Eiffel Tower, Pogba told Canal+: “My presence at the Eiffel Tower has nothing to do with PSG.
